The PFFF is not responsible for delays or other circumstances beyond our control when purchasing tickets online. Your paper ticket or copy of your ticket stored on an electronic device (phone, tablet, etc) will be exchanged for a wristband upon arrival at Southcombe Park Stadium.
In addition to on line sales, Port Fairy Folk Festival operates a Box Office. Contact details are [email protected] or phone 03 5568 2227.
- Adults: Our ticket sales are mainly online through trybooking.com, however tickets may also be purchased over the phone or by mail from our Box Office. A $5 administration fee applies to all tickets purchased through the Box Office, in addition to the Trybooking transaction fee of 50 cents per ticket. Allow 15 working days for delivery for tickets sent by mail. Please note that we only sell 4-day and a limited number of ‘half festival’ passes. No day tickets are available. Companion cards welcome.
- Youth: (13 – 17 years of age) must be purchased by an accompanying adult prior to the festival. No youth tickets will be available at the gate.
- Children: under 13 years are admitted free of charge.
The Port Fairy Folk Festival will never request your credit card details online. The only authorised, online source of tickets for The Port Fairy Folk Festival is Try Booking. The Port Fairy Folk Festival will not be responsible for losses incurred by victims of phishing or other forms of online scams. Learn more about spotting scams here.
No refunds are available. When and if all tickets are sold out, a Ticket Exchange will operate through the Festival Box Office. Please note there is no guarantee that you will be able to purchase, or sell, a ticket via this facility.
