In addition to on line sales Port Fairy Folk Festival operates a Box Office Monday – Friday between  10:00am and 12:00pm,  the contact details are [email protected] or phone 03 5568 2227.

Please subscribe to our e-newsletter to receive information on pricing and ticket release dates. The first subscriber release goes on sale 08  September, followed by increasing price tiers as each allocation sells out. Tickets sell out well in advance of the festival so we recommend you purchase tickets as early as possible. The PFFF is not responsible for delays or other circumstances beyond our control when purchasing tickets online. Your paper ticket will be exchanged for a wristband upon arrival at the Festival’s Ticket Hub.

  • Adults: Our ticket sales are mainly online through trybooking.com, however tickets may also be purchased over the phone or by mail from our Box Office. A $5 administration fee applies to all tickets purchased through the Box Office, in addition to the Trybooking transaction fee of 30 cents per ticket. Allow 15 working days for delivery for tickets sent by mail. Please note that we only sell 4-day passes to the festival. No day tickets are available.  Companion cards welcome.
  • Youth: (13 – 17 years of age) must be purchased by an accompanying adult prior to the festival. No youth tickets will be available at the gate.
  • Children: under 13 years are admitted free of charge.

No refunds are available. A Ticket Exchange facility will be operated through the Festival Box Office after all tickets have been sold out. Please email or phone for more information.

The Festival Ticket Hub

The Festival Ticket Office and exchange is located inside the Southcombe Sports Stadium, Campbell St, Port Fairy.  As always, our friendly helpers will be on hand to direct everyone to the relevant area.

To gain entry to the Festival you will need to scan your e-ticket (either a printed ticket or on your smart-phone) and exchange this for your wristband, which is a permanent four day pass, and must be worn at all times. The wristband contains a sensitive computer chip; the band must be presented at all Festival entry gates and scanned in. Please take care not to twist, scrunch or otherwise damage your band and the chip. Damaged bands that do not scan, and show signs of tampering, may not allow entry to the Festival. Please refer to the Ticketing Terms & Conditions for all ticket information.

Access & Parking

The main Arena is located at Southcombe Sports Complex in Campbell Street, Port Fairy. There are also many free venues in the township that provide entertainment for non-ticket holders. If you are staying in town, please consider walking to the festival! There is also a low floor wheelchair accessible Music Shuttle Bus that circuits the town for the cost of a gold coin donation. Public parking is available on the corner of James and Campbell Streets; a fee is charged and parking spaces are limited. You may also park in the streets of town where permitted, however please observe all signs, and road closures. Wheelchair access is available to all venues in the Arena, and Fiddler’s Green, Railway Stage and the Reardon Theatre in the town. Disabled permit parking is located in Campbell Street outside the front gate of the Arena. Wheelchair accessible toilets are provided at the public toilet locations in the Arena and around the township. Hearing induction loops are installed at stages 1 & 3. Receivers can be obtained from the Festival Information Stall located centrally in the arena.
