Food stalls contribute to the vibrant nature of the Festival and the PFFF Committee aim to ensure that a variety of cultural, delectable and family friendly foods are available for our festival community.
To apply please read the Food Stall Application Information and General Terms and Conditions and then complete the online expression of interest form below. If you are unable to use the online form you may download a form and send it by surface mail. All forms must be submitted by November 1st. A current PLI certificate of currency must accompany your EOI. Incomplete EOI’s cannot be considered. For further information, please contact the Festival Office at [email protected] or 03 5568 2227.
In 2019 we are wanting to make in roads towards eliminating single use plastic such as straws, utensils and packaging. In preparing your submission we ask that you review these items that you may use and request where possible that sustainable and compostable products are used as an alternative. This will be an important part of the selection process for successful food vendors. Please note that Port Fairy is a plastic bag free town.
Coffee Vendors Site Fee: $2,000.00
Other Food Vendors Site Fee: $POA (various)
Tent Fee (6m x 6m): $750.00
Extra Power (2 x 15 amp provided): $300.00 (per 15 amp)
Remote Cool Room Use: $100.00
Railway Place (Saturday Sunday only)
Coffee Vendors Site Fee: $700.00
Other Food Vendors Site Fee: $600.00
