Community Grants for Port Fairy OrganisationsOpen
The Port Fairy Folk Festival Committee Inc. provides financial support to community groups and not-for-profit organisations that show significant benefit to the Port Fairy community. Funding rounds are open twice yearly with deadlines on the 1st of May and the 1st of November. Craft Stall Expressions of InterestOpening September
The Festival has a vibrant craft fair with sites available within the Arena and in town. Preference will be given to handmade and unique items. To apply please read the terms & conditions and then complete the online application form. If you are unable to use the online form you may download an application form and send it by surface mail. A current PLI certificate of currency and credit card details must accompany your application. Payments will only be processed when acceptance is confirmed. Incomplete applications cannot be considered.

Food Stall Expressions of InterestOpening September
Food stalls contribute to the vibrant nature of the Festival and the PFFF Committee aim to ensure that a variety of cultural, delectable and family friendly foods are available for our festival community. To apply please read the  terms & conditions  and then complete the online application form .  If you are unable to use the online form you may download an application form and send it by surface mail. All applications must be received by November 1st. A current PLI certificate of currency and payment for site and tickets must accompany your application. Friends of the Festival Volunteers Opening September
The Festival could not take place without the support of our wonderful Friends of the Festival volunteers.  There are many positions available during the event so be sure to let us know your particular field of expertise or interest in your application.  Please note however that your application does not necessarily guarantee you a position and/or your first preference, as we receive many applications and vacancies are limited. Unfortunately we are unable to provide accommodation for volunteers – you will need to organise your own. Volunteers will receive a weekend pass and a free Friends of the Festival T-shirt in return for working 8 – 12 hours across 2 or more shifts.  Successful applicants will be notified in December.  For further information, please contact the Festival Office at [email protected] or 03 5568 2227. MCs & Stage MangersOpening September
We are on the hunt for a crack team of volunteer MCs and stage managers for both large and small stages. If you are over 18 and have skills and experience in either area or are willing to learn, please apply by completing the application form.
