2017 Festival

Artist Applications for 2018 flooding in. New cut off date announced!

Artist applications opened in May and to date we have received close to 1000 applications from across the country and the globe. As always we have been blown away by the quality and variety of applications.

To enable us to review the applications in a timely and thorough manner we will now be BRINGING FORWARD the application closing date to 30 JUNE 2017, so if you are still thinking of applying now is the time to get your “skates on” as they say in the classics, and lodge that old application.

Also please note if your application has been successfully submitted you will receive an email with a copy of your application for your reference. We have had some isolated cases where the application has been lost in the system, so please contact us if you do not receive your application reference email and we can work on an alternative way to log your application.

Food & Craft Stall Applications opening in September

We will keep you posted on the opening dates.

Other Updates

Work will be commencing next term on our schools program, which will once again culminate with community performances and the opening ceremony. We will also be expanding this program to schools in surrounding areas. The focus of the program will further develop creative collaborations which commenced this year. We are enormously proud of the creative team that worked on our schools program and opening ceremony this year, and we are truly excited about what will be created for 2018.

We are also delighted to advise that we will be expanding our gallery and village program for 2018. Work is well underway and stay tuned for some announcements.
